​The leasing office hours are M-F 10 AM - 6 PM, Sat 10 AM - 5 PM, and Sunday closed.

​Modera Natick Center offers an array of 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes with loft, den, and townhome options available.

​We love your furry companions and welcome up to two per apartment home. Pet rent ranges from $35-$100 per month based on the type and size pet. While we are huge fans of individuality (and the exotic), we have to ask that exotic pals, such as skunks and ferrets, find happy homes with a friend or family member. Please note that we reserve the right to disallow certain aggressive breeds of dogs and aquariums as per our pet addendum. 

We offer a reserved parking garage available at $125 per parking spot, limited to 1 per household. 

Residents can contact the leasing office to reserve a spot or request one through the resident portal.

Guest parking is available in our open parking spaces. 

​Prioritizing our residents' needs, we proudly offer an on-site maintenance team at Modera Natick Center. To submit a maintenance request, simply log onto your Resident Portal and our team will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow our team 48 hours to respond to your request.

To submit an after-hours service request, you can use the Resident Portal or contact Milly, our virtual assistant. In case of an emergency, call the main phone number, describe the issue to Milly, who can then escalate it to our on-call service associate.

​Packages are placed in the package room, which is accessible via Butterfly MX.

​We provide recycling services for our residents. Please deposit all recyclable materials into the collection bin within the community trash area.

We offer elevators in Buildings 3 and 4.

​Free Wi-Fi in all amenity spaces, for resident homes we are set up for Xfinity and Astound which residents are responsible for.

​At Modera Natick Center, we proudly offer a pool that is open from 9 AM to 9 PM Memorial Day through Labor Day.

​Modera Natick Center offers a 24-hour community fitness center.

​The Modera Natick Center clubhouse is open from 7 AM - 10 PM daily for residents and their guests to enjoy.

​Modera Natick Center offers EV charging stations and the charges for this come from AUTEL.

Our community offers a variety of lease terms to meet your needs. Please select an available home to view on our floor plans page for available lease terms. 

​Utilities are not included in the rent payment at Modera Natick Center.

Upon move-in, residents will be automatically enrolled in the Foxen Property Damage Liability Waiver Program at $20 per month, which ensures you meet the $300,000 property liability coverage requirement in your lease. Please note, this is not personal property coverage; however, you can get a renter’s insurance policy to protect your belongings from your preferred provider. At Modera Natick Center, the one-time fees include a $500 deposit for the first month's rent and a $500 security deposit. Monthly fees include a $20 Resident Liability Program, $35 for cat rent, $50 for dogs under 50 lbs, and $100 for dogs over 50 lbs.

To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply). 

We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex. 

With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.

​Rent is due on the first, and considered late after that. On the 5th you will receive a reminder, on the 10th of the month we serve a Notice to Quit for nonpayment. Late fees are charged on the 30th.

​Please note that listing your rental home on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO is not permitted as per the rental agreement. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity and safety of our community.
